Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy in case of cancellation by pre-registered attendee to our webcasts or workshops is as follows:

For Individuals or Corporate Attendees to WebCasts:
For cancellations two weeks or more prior to first day of a webcast, there will be partial refund obtained from deducting $50.00 from the full price paid by the registrant. Refunds will be processed PayPal, Credit Cards or banck checks. We do not refund funds using electronic bank transfers.
For cancellations during the last two weeks of preceding a webcast, there will be no refund to the registrant. Registrants seeking to cancel less than 2 weeks before a webcast due to unforeseen circumstances or unscheduled personal conflict, Novatempo will offer to accommodate the registrant at no extra charge in the next upcoming webcast, whenever that might be.
Novatempo reserves the right to cancel any webcast and return all fees paid for any reason, including insufficient number of registered attendees, online services disruptions, illness or personal emergency of the instructors, or external disruptions impacting the normal operation of the company. Novatempo is not be responsible for any losses incurred by the registrants due to canceled courses, including, but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
For Individuals or Corporate Attendees to On-site Workshops:
Novatempo does not manage these events. Registrants must check the refund policies of the organizer of the event.

For EVENT ORGANIZERS of On-Site Workshops.
The cancellation policy is explicitly stated in the “On-Site Workshop Agreement” between Novatempo and the Organizer of the On-site Workshop.
