Our refund policy in case of cancellation by pre-registered attendee to our webcasts or workshops is as follows:<\/p>\n
For cancellations two weeks or more prior to first day of a webcast, there will be partial refund obtained from deducting $50.00 from the full price paid by the registrant. Refunds will be processed PayPal, Credit Cards or banck checks.\u00a0 We do not refund funds using electronic bank transfers.<\/p>\n
For cancellations during the last two weeks of preceding a webcast, there will be no refund to the registrant.\u00a0 Registrants seeking to cancel less than 2 weeks before a webcast due to unforeseen circumstances or unscheduled personal conflict, Novatempo will offer to accommodate the registrant at no extra charge in the next upcoming webcast, whenever that might be.<\/p>\n
Novatempo reserves the right to cancel any webcast and return all fees paid for any reason, including\u00a0 insufficient number of registered attendees, online services disruptions, illness or personal emergency of the instructors,\u00a0 or external disruptions impacting the normal operation of the company. \u00a0 Novatempo is not be responsible for any losses incurred by the registrants due to canceled courses, including, but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.<\/p>\n
Novatempo does not manage these events.\u00a0 Registrants must check the refund policies of the organizer of the event.<\/p>\n
The cancellation policy is explicitly stated in the “On-Site Workshop Agreement” between\u00a0 Novatempo and the Organizer of the On-site Workshop.<\/p>\n
